Special Ministries
Want to make a difference in the life of someone with special needs? You can do that by serving in Special Ministries. We need you! Check below to see what would best fulfill your heart to serve and best use the gifts God has given you.
• Classroom Assistant: You will assist the lead teacher with children or teens with special needs in their specific classroom. Days/Times: Sundays 9am & 11am.
• Be a Buddy: “Everybody needs a buddy!” As a buddy you will assist and support a friend with special needs in the DK or YTH program. Sundays 9am & 11am for children; Sundays at 5pm for youth.
• Camp Buddy: As a buddy you will assist and support an adult with special needs as their buddy, walking alongside them throughout their camp experience.
Student volunteers will need to submit a Volunteer Application, a Student Volunteer Acknowledgement Form, and watch several Training/Safety videos. The parent/guardian must submit a Parental Authorization Form. These forms will be emailed to you once you submit your contact information on the next screen.
