Volunteers are the heartbeat of our church and make ministry possible! We consider each volunteer absolutely essential to fulfilling our mission and it is a great way to get plugged into SBC, feel like part of our community, and serve Jesus at the same time. What God is doing here is exciting and we want you to be a part of it. If you are new to our church or have been attending for years, you are missing out if you are not on a serving team and we are always looking for new volunteers in a wide variety of areas. No matter what your schedule or interest, there is a place for you to serve!

To help create a safe environment for everyone at SBC, potential volunteers should actively attend SBC for 3 months prior to serving and are required to submit a Volunteer Application. If the volunteer role involves working with minors or vulnerable adults the prerequisite for active church attendance is extended to 6 months. Some volunteer roles have additional requirements and training.
