Vision:YTH Student Leadership exists to empower young people who know the unconditional love of Jesus and are ready to serve and show others this same love.

What is required of a student leader?

I. Love Jesus with everything even when you don’t feel it. Your relationship with God is the highest priority.

II. Love People through the good times and the hard times. A big part of leadership is loving and serving others, even when it’s challenging, and YTH student leadership will be no different.

III. Lead By Example: (1 Timothy 4:12)
1. With your words – build people up and not tear down
2. With your actions – servant leadership
3. In how you love people – dedicated to living strictly inclusive
4. In living out your faith – committed to God’s Word & daily time with Him
5. In living a life of purity – in thoughts, words and actions

IV. Live boldly for God-Student leaders will be expected to step out of their comfort zones. If you’re not ready to be challenged this is not for you.

V. Committed to YTH-Student leaders need to be committed to YTH and to our student leadership gatherings. If YTH and student leadership is not made a priority in your life, you may be asked to step down.

VI. Maintain a passing GPA-We value your education and believe you should to! We must honor God in every part of our live and that includes school!
